2017年12月3日,在第四屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)上,中國、老撾、沙特、塞爾維亞、泰國、土耳其、阿聯(lián)酋等國家相關(guān)部門共同發(fā)起《“一帶一路”數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)國際合作倡議》,標(biāo)志著“一帶一路”數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)合作開啟了新篇章。
為拓展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作,作為支持“一帶一路”倡議的相關(guān)國家,提出將會(huì)本著互聯(lián)互通、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、開放合作、和諧包容、互利共贏的原則,探討共同利用數(shù)字機(jī)遇、應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn),通過加強(qiáng)政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通和民心相通,致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)互通的“數(shù)字絲綢之路”,打造互利共贏的“利益共同體”和共同發(fā)展繁榮的“命運(yùn)共同體”?!冻h》中提出,推進(jìn)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化合作;增強(qiáng)在線交易的可用性、完整性、保密性和可靠性;鼓勵(lì)沿線各國加強(qiáng)交流、增進(jìn)相互了解,加強(qiáng)政策制定、監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域的合作,減少、消除或防止不必要的監(jiān)管要求的差異,以釋放數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的活力;支持維護(hù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)全球?qū)傩缘男畔⑼ㄐ偶夹g(shù)政策,允許互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用者依法自主選擇獲得在線信息、知識和服務(wù);促進(jìn)政府、企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)組織等各方溝通交流、分享觀點(diǎn),推動(dòng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。
